Hi there. Never replied to your blog before, but just letting you know I am reading and I know how it feels to have something like that locked up inside of you. But please do continue writing, I enjoy reading about various experiences of your life.

Also, I’m a big King fan. I’m reading The Stand currently, and have already read the Dark Tower series. Hope you like it, Jake Chambers is my favorite character as well, and I think you’ll like Blaine The Mono.

Hi,

you almost make me feel guilty for not writing in English. ;) Would be too difficult for me, and I think I can reach enough people by writing in German. As you can see on my blog I mostly blog (rather: rant) about political stuff related to pedophilia, but also about personal issues and art. Found your blog at Greeny’s and decided to link it. I think it’s important one can find blogs like ours on the web, blogs that show you we are actually loving human beings, no child-predating monsters, so that maybe prejudices and hate can diminish in the future.

Being sick sucks big time. But it’s clear through your entries that you’re a caring person which is a positive thing, even if it means people can take advantage of that sometimes.

I’ve read through all your posts, and thought I’d post a reply, which I normally wouldn’t do.
I’ve really enjoyed reading about you life and I can relate to a lot of it.

I also want to thank you for your post on “Dear Frankie”. I hadn’t seen the movie before and it truly brought tears to my eyes. A brilliant film!

Anyways, cheer up you won’t be sick forever.
And if the mentoring organization doesn’t accept a sweet guy like you than they’re fools.

Hey,
intruiging idea to look at the stranger as a boylover.

My first notion was to disagree, as he doesn’t fit into the pedofile-boylover drawer, but then again, that would be stereotyping what boylove is.
He is in need for a boy’s love, yet he gains the love or at least the affection of Frankies mother.

The film and your article touches the one topic that concerns everybody. The longing for unconditional love. The love often associated with a child’s love. The longing for beeing needed. Yet isn’t that the projection? Isn’t a child the one asking unconditional love?

Nice article… now I have all this strange, complicated thoughts again … :P

Well I came across your blog after following a link (from a site that lists links of ‘this kind’ of content). I have to say I really appreciate your taking the time to do this. Although I’m not SOLELY attracted to young boys, and I have a few BL real life friends, I can still definitely relate to your entries (being a BL under 25, broke and longing for something)… The isolation, the compartmentalization, the hope, and the utter hopelessness.

I sincerely -hope- you continue to post… its things like this that make life a little more livable.

Thank you. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying it. I’m not sure that you would have less of the unknowable longing had you behaved more boldly as a child. I certainly have no shortage of the feeling myself. A few more posts about this feeling will be coming out before the end of the month.

The WordPress statistics page lets me know that it’s being viewed, but knowing that people are clicking on links to my blog and knowing that at least some are actually sticking around to read it are two different things. I wish I had been a little less shy when I was younger and wasn’t like your 11 year old friend who kept his trunks on after you dropped yours. I remember many a swim practice that ended in the showers with many boys naked and me too shy to do the same. Perhaps I would have less of that “elusive feeling/desire” if I had just done the same when I was that age…
